Jinke asked me to write this one, and I listened to him.
I do it in these steps:
0. Make sure you have these requirements: Completed Royal Trouble and have the woodcutting requirement to cut teaks. Also take any kind of hatchet and 2,5million gold coins.
1. Get a hatchet and take the boat to Miscellania.
2. Walk to Etceteria and look for the Carpenter.
3. Cut Teaks until your approval rating is 100%.
4. Go to Advisor Ghrim.
5. Collect your resources you previously collected.
6. Put 2,5million gold coins in the coffers. (which means fill it up till u have 2,5m in it)
7. Now you have to distribute in what resources you put the most efford. First put full on herbs, and the rest on maples.
8. Now you have to wait one whole week.
9. Return to Miscellania and go to the carpenter and fill up your approval rating to 100% by cutting teaks.
10. Next go to Advisor Ghrim and collect your resources.
11. Fill up the coffers to 2,5m again and go to the Grand Exchange.
12. Get all stuff out of the bird nests you collected from the maples. Grind them down with a pestle and mortar.
13. Sell all the ground bird nests, maple logs, herbs, seeds and rings. Now you should have a great amount of money.

Note: Its important that you get your approval rating to 100% before you collect resources. Do everything in the right order!
