Questers need more members!!!

I'm just gonna put this clean,

Generals:
1. Andy B 007 (Need to work out and agreement)
2. iSpEcTrAl (Very good leader, does not know QH password)
3. Alex a1ex (good leader, does know QH Password)
4. Badboy4eva21 (Agreed to move down to captain for better general to step up)
5. King Matt (Should agree to move down to captain if asked)

To Do List:
Get in contact with Andy,

Make a New QH password,

Tom should get the QH password,

Alex should get the QH password,

Andy should make an agreement that he will resign to 2nd in command, and let Tom take over as leader,

Make an agreement with Alex, that if he is going to be leaving the clan for a long period of time (1wk+) he must tell another general a week earlier,

Ask Matt to resign to captain,

Change Charlies star from gold to silver and remove his rights as a leader,

Get 2 new Generals for the Clan,



Generals list after tasks completed:
1st in Command. Tom
2nd in Command. Andy
3rd in Command. Alex
4th (need a new member)
5th (need a new member)

Next to do list:
write a list of all of the current captains,

make a vote off and see which captain gets the most votes,

The 2 captains with the most votes should be put through into training,

Watch the 2 captains for several weeks and see how they are doing,

Have another vote a few weeks later to see if everyone is happy with these new generals,

If they are happy then leave them as generals but if not, they should lose there rank and another vote should be held,

We should do this for as long as it takes for us to find a very good and loyal 2 leaders for our clan.



Completion:
Once everything is complete our clan can settle again, without any fear of a loss of leadership. After a few months the 3 leaders should have a vote, and see if they should give the 2 new generals QH password, or not.

If everything goes well our clan could end up with the best 2 new leaders (aka Bat and Falco!!!! XD), lol, nah idc that much about being a general anymore.. it would be cool, but really.. im only going into all this detail so i can keep all of my friends together, cos you guys truly are some of my best friends.. <3

just another thing, i don't want andy to get angry about us talking about this behind his back.. i know he is at his age in school where he has lots of work to do, and he has to do lots of studying/homework/assignments... It must really be hard for him, i just want him to know that we are not angry at you for this, although we may seem like it.. We pretty much just want to keep us all together.. thats what it is all for, so if your rank is lower next time you join the clan, please don't feel offended.. its for our clans best.. I lurve yall <3

i dont want a soul leader
so there will be no second in command
and i wont be "leader" we dont need any more generals until we got things under control
ill see what the case is with the other generals

The main forum serves little use to us

So i need someone whos in charge of recruiting
maybe chell or i mite just do it
to go and repost a thread in the recruitment-specialist clans forum
this thread should be called Questers with maybe some fancy stuffs around the sides of word.
The thread will be for recruiting people
