Sure you can. The best meele gear you got, a Dragon Dagger, and like a Dragon Scimitar/Whip/other good meele weapon. Make sure to pray mage as thats her main damage giver. Also she will mostly attack with meele if you pray magic but FOR GOD SAKE DON'T switch prayers! Lotsa prayer pots and some good food are a good thing seeing she can hit around the 300's and drains around 18 prayer PER ATTACK SHE MAKES!
But really if you just take these things into consideration then nothing to worry about.
ALSO SOMEBODY TELL ME ABOUT "WHEN I FOUGHT WITH TRIST". (Read page 14 for my "questions")

Just wait to when your going for DT and RfD! Also it is a fact (tip.it poll) that in 97% of boos fights the boss is over estimated and killed with "fair ease".
