and since i have cricket tmro and ill only get home at 6... i wont be allowed to play and rs

I didn't have problems with him personally, but I totally understand that you don't want him back. What he did wuz wrong, but if you and wikky agree, I agree.

What he did was wrong, and TBH, IDK if i will ever forgive him.. in the clan he is just mucking around and saying things like, "lol, what did i do?", "Tom is fine and proud of me for coming back", "I never disrespected Wikky, haha", "Stop over reacting", and shit like that, which just means his still the old Pem.
I am not willing t let him back in the clan, and while this was happening in the clan Wikky was pm'ing me because she had ClownOfDecay on her ignore list. She certainly wasn't happy with him just popping up either. After our argument in clan, i decided to ignore him and i pm'ed bat and Silder to do the same. Silder listened, but bat refused. After no1 responding to ClownOfDecay, i assume, he left the clan again...

Now he just popped up, Un-Announced, "I" am not happy with this and i'm only speaking for myself, if there is anyone else here who is not happy with Pem (ClownOfDecay), coming back into the clan, please support me now. I need all the power i can get, so i can take him down, he has caused me enough shit the past few months.

ClownOfdDecay, was never originally Pem's account, i believe he hacked it, bought it, or it was an account of a close friend to Pem. Without us knowing ClownOfDecay was actually Pem, he secretly signed up to the questers, and synced in with the clan very well. After a few weeks, people started to get suspicious of him, he wasn't acting that normal... And so Pem knew he had lost, and wanted more power. According to Tom in pm, Pem shoved the news at tom when he told him, he wanted to get Tom as angry as he could so he would get a reaction, he wanted to feel more powerful then tom. But mai Tommeh Boi! (ily <3) was stronger then that, he never showed the fear, he was strong... and therefore Pem was weaker then ever before, forced to quit the questers...

That is when Yesterday he comes back, uninvited still with a bronze star...
Now everyone here is going on about JaGeX being lazy, well i tell you, if you can't remove a bronze star from someone in the clan that does not deserve a rank... THEN YOU ARE DAMN RIGHT LAZY!

Now, i think i have made my point, i have spent half of my life writing this just to convince you that Pem does NOT belong in the clan, his star should be removed immediately, and any contact with the clan made impossible.

He hurt some friends that are very close to me, and I WILL NOT let it happen again!
